The apartment is located on the VRAČAR PLATEAU, in Krusedolska St. opposite the National Library of Serbia and nearby the Temple of Saint Sava, having a panorama view of the city. It has the area of 110 square metres and occupies part of the fifth and sixth floors (a duplex apartment) in the seven-floor residential building. The apartment is unfurnished and it consists of: a large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and a completely newly-equipped kitchen. It is equipped with all household appliances, the telephone and cable television (installed in all bedrooms as well as in the dining room) and, if required, there are technical possibilities for the Internet installation. Flooring in all rooms is oak parquet and in the corridors, bathrooms, store-room and kitchen – Italian tiles. There is a whirlpool bath in the bathroom upstairs and a shower cabin in the bathroom downstairs. The both bathrooms are equipped with Norwegian electric floor heating.
